About

DELGER IP is a professional service provider with nearly two decades of experience. We understand ourselves as pioneers in the IP frontier market. From registration to enforcement, we dealt with all types of intellectual property litigation including domain name disputes. In fact, we brought many groundbreaking cases to the dispute resolution bodies in Mongolia. Such cases include Mongolia’s first opposition filing, non-use cancellation action or invalidation of a mark based on a non-registered prior mark.

“Our expertise and the trust earned through decades of work and publication enable us to be pioneers in the IP frontier market.
